I travelled from Manchester to London some time ago. As always, it was very easy to book the tickets online. The train was very clean inside and the toilets were very hygienic. As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also free wifi and free power sockets. The train left on time and the journey took about 2.5 hours in total! As always, the price-performance ratio is very good!

WCs were clean and hygienic as was the rest of the train. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped me with my queries. The general service was good as well as the food, which tasted delicious.
